Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Miwa to a Discord server or utilizing its commands, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service as well as Discord's official Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server immediately.

2. Intended Use & Restrictions

Miwa is provided for Discord server administration, staff management, voice leveling, and media organization. You agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the bot's API endpoints or host servers.
• Utilize bot features to harass, distribute malicious links, or bypass Discord administrative safeguards.
• Abuse automated commands to intentionally rate-limit or crash Discord channel gateways.

3. Service Availability

Miwa is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for high uptime and continuous reliability, we do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or modify features at any time.

4. Blacklisting & Termination

We reserve the right to blacklist any user or server from utilizing Miwa for violations of these terms or behavior harmful to the bot's operational infrastructure.
